1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within India (Pan India delivery). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@jenproducts.com.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timelines range from a minimum of 2 working days to a maximum of 10 working days, depending on your location and product availability. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

6. Delivery Conditions

Delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather conditions, transport delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays but will notify you of significant ones.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate. JEN Products is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

If you are unavailable for delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice. If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us immediately at info@jenproducts.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
